No matter whether you already have mobile applications or a website switching to Looksomething is simple and easy.
If you already have mobile applications published on app stores it is possible to switch to Looksomething without losing your existing users. The current version of your mobile apps will be replaced by our own and your users will simply have to install the new update, without having to download a new app again.
However, in order to perform the update, specific information will be needed depending on each app store.
For Android mobile apps and Google Play Store we would need the keystore file and the password (s) to unlock it. What is more, your Android app will have to be transferred to our own or your Google Developer Account. In case the app is transferred to your own you will have to invite and provide admin rights with Looksomething. You can learn more information about the whole procedure here.
For iOS mobile apps and Apple App Store, your app will have to be transferred to your own Apple Developer Account (if it is not already there). Again, we would require access to your Apple Developer Account, a process that can be done with various methods, depending on your account type (Individual or Organisation). You can view our relevant article for more information.
For Windows apps and Microsoft Store you need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
If you already have a website then in order to switch to Looksomething you will have to point your domain at our Domain Nameservers (DNS).
